| A short course designed to provide all necessary elements required to work. The course gives an introduction to unvented hot water systems using a pre study work book which will lead on to basic first principles in the classroom. |

| The course then progresses to theoretical and practical hands on assessment to ensure that operatives are both comfortable and competent with unvented hot water storage systems. |
